As for cookies, the class NYC black & white or a homemade chocolate chip, with comparatively few chips.

MMMMMmmmmm
Like several others, I like cookies! I really enjoyed this thread because I'm on a diet at the moment and I can only enjoy cookies vicariously. The first variety that came to mind is store bought - Plain Chocolate Hob Nobs. I fell in love with these many years ago, but it is hard to find any in Texas. (milk chocolate just won't do.)
As for others, chocolate chip with Texas pecans, white chocolate macadamia nut, oatmeal, and little cinnamon cookies from Mom's recipe.
Okay, I'm stopping now because I'm getting hungry.

I make cookies once a week for my office (start-up). Favorites to date - snickerdoodles, banana walnut, almond meal brownies, and Jacques Torres chocolate chip with vanilla sea salt. I am not a fan of cookies that I buy with the exception of hobnobs, Amaretti and anything that comes from Ottolenghi
