Spatchcock chicken with broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and a garlic bulb for dinner tonight. I was bummed to discover I tore the breast skin when I basted with sauce. 🙁

Breakfast : cranberry cheese on walnut bread , bing cherries , ..
Lunch : burrata with yellow peach , lobster roll .. substituted potato crisps for extra portion of greens to indulge in dessert 😉
Shared with my friend - the split burrata , glimpse of the lobster
Longans with lemongrass pandan ? ice shavings , dragonfruit and plums
Thai tea soft serve ice cream with crispy chocolate rice puffs and chocolate sauce

I threw everything I found in the fridge into this pan (ham, salami, carrots, onions, jalapenos) and fried them with 3 eggs in EVO. Served with toasted sour bread slices:

it is the name of a bar...I can't do day drinking in hot weather without falling asleep so didn't try it although it was tempting.
I will never live this down. I know it is no consolation that I felt like I was going to puke after eating them. 🤮
You cant trust Corky with food! She brought me Nanaimo Bars once. I had just gotten out of the hospital that very morning and still went to meet her and she conveniently forgot to give them to me. Yeah, sure she forgot! And then she porked them all down herself.
