Mainly a pasta day , linguine again but with grilled lobster for dinner . Frozen tiramisu with miniature cherries and some iced chendol .

I made Japanese curry tonight for the first time, using boxed roux cubes and my tagine. I mixed Vermont mild and S&B mild hot and it wasn’t hot at all. Onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots, and kale. So thoroughly satisfying. 😋

I made the correct assumption that it was also spelled burek, which is how I've seen it.

I think various Slavic-based languages spell it slightly differently.
