Leaving the skin on also results in a more moist fish. If going the salt method, use kosher salt. The coarse salt is much easier to lift off.

I miss our local Miller's Ale House in NMB. It closed a few years ago when the developer of the office building next door to the property, bought the property and introduced plans to build another office building on that property. However, nothing has happened since and the property was razed within 3 months of it's purchase. It was very popular with the college crowd from FIU, as well as all the older people from Sunny Isles and North Miami Beach. Almost every night, there was a 20 -30 minute wait for a table, no matter what time it was. Now all we have is a Duffy's Sports Grill. With the mall approved for redevelopment into a mixed use project, Duffy's will be closing soon as well.

Vacationing in PR and found an 'organic' Hershey's Special Dark at the local Walmart. It was expensive at $2.50/bar, but was surprisingly tasty. For once, I appreciated the waxy texture common to Hershey's, given the tropical heat, it didn't make a mess.

This reminds me of the delicious paninis at Rome's Roscioli!

leftover panic pepperoni pizza - gotta Google how to reheat panic pizza so it’s crispy. Pizza stone and 450 wasnt enough.
mixed green salad
Was it good? Not even fast food at the airport??
lol Swimply ftw. I love using swimming pools. My house is too small for one plus it can be too chilly for an outdoor pool in San Francisco.

Ate nothing of interest today - had a Dunkin' Donuts bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin with a large iced coffee for breakfast, then was so slammed with work I didn't go outside again until after 3, and I just got a meh slice of veggie pizza at a place nearby.
However, I just finished making some peanut butter & chocolate bars, which I'll eat as a snack over the next few days. It's a reasonably healthyish snack I found a recipe for online. A layer of natural peanut butter mixed with almond flour, maple syrup, and some vanilla extract. Then on top of that, a layer of more peanut butter mixed with melted bittersweet chocolate (Ghirardelli's in my case) and some chopped peanuts. Throw into the freezer for a couple of hours, and it's good to go.
