Breakfast: Raisin bran with flax seeds and rice milk

Lunch: Steamed vegetables (bean sprouts, squash, peppers, etc.) and for dessert -- chocolate dipped peanut brittle (a real sugar rush)

Dinner: Freshly juiced carrot and celery juice along with salad and watermelon for dessert

Breakfast: regular oatmeal with some cinnamon (gross! was in a rush, so no steel cut for me. )

Lunch: chicken salad + vegetable pasta salad + cheese + hunk of bread from the gourmet food cart.

Dinner: Probably miso soup + some other vegetable dishes.

Personally, I want mosburger's meal card.

Breakfast: Coffee and two eggs over medium with plenty of bacon salt (mmmm, bacon salt)

Lunch: Gyro and salad from a local Greek place

Dinner: Baked chicken breast and asparagus sauteed in olive oil and butter, with plenty of garlic powder and black pepper.

After dinner/late night snack: several glasses of Scotch.

For breakfast, my soon-to-be-ex-GF made eggs-over-easy, baked beans, and sausage.

For lunch we had chinese take-out, then chowdah at a an Irish pub, then really bad pizza that was still satisfying, somehow, and it's now 3am and I am still hungry. Ramen time!!!

Dinner last night (included because it was interesting and very good): Squid w/ seasoned salt and Rocket Shrimp (Vietanemese place in BOS Chinatown, Pho Noa?) Both dishes were very good.

Today
Breakfast: orange juice, coffee, Banana nut muffin

Lunch: Pizzeria Regina, 2 slices of "Primavera", limted time only.
Dessert / mid-afternoon snack waiting for delayed flight... Iced latte from Dunkin Donuts.

Dinner: Something in DTW? Although I think the food stinks at DTW so may just wait till I get home and see what is in the fridge.

The sushi bar isn't all bad...


I'm heading out to my favorite spot for brunch. Eggs Benedict with thick sliced bacon and lots and lots of beer. Hurray beer!
