I recently discovered Boursin chive and shallot cheese on a cracker with a little fig jam is heavenly.

Try stuffing a fig with peppadew chevre, wrapping it in bacon and cooking it until the bacon is crispy. Winner!

I eat cheddar the most by far and love blue cheese on omelets, burgers, etc. I'm sure there are better varieties of exotic cheeses that I haven't tried, which is what miles and points are for!
