Can the city claim they were the ones who invented those so-called "Denver Omelette"? I tried entering it on wikipedia and it gave me this:
A Denver omelette, also known as a Southwest omelette or Western omelette, is an omelette filled with diced ham, onions, and green bell peppers, though there are many variations on fillings. Often served in the Southwestern United States, this omelette sometimes has a topping of cheese and a side dish of hashbrowns or fried potatoes.
I'm not exactly sure how the name "Denver Omelette" came about but does the fact that the article states it being "often served in the Southwest" give an indication that it is from that city?

For the diner-type omelette, almost anything.
For a classic French omelette, which I prefer, either nothing, or some simple cheese or mushrooms.

I loves to eat egg omelette is sausage, ham, cheese, onions, mushroom and black olives, too. It was so delicious that we ate at French Market Buffet for every morning and sometimes when we eat at breakfast buffets and it was not too expensive for weekdays.

Here the linked:

We pay for breakfast time is $7.99 pre-person.

I have a new candidate. I made this last week, Chorizo sausage and two kinds of cheese (Italian and Cheddar). I ate it on French Bread and called it my tour of Europe

+1 the cheese Asiago and the ham Prosciutto, both certified organic. The eggs local organic free range ones from my neighbor heremin Saint-Paul. I bought the ham and cheese just over the Italian border about a half-hour from my house. These ingredients made my dinner last night, together with a loaf of Campagrain from my local boulangerie.

I love my home in Rio de Janeiro but there is ample reason to keep living in the South of France also. I do not understand why such simple things are never quite so excellent elsewhere.

Vermont Cheddar.

I actually prefer a bacon, egg and cheese on a buttered hard roll from just about any good NYC deli.
