Green Tea and grapefruit juice - broke my addiction to Diet Coke years ago.

Stumptown coffee on the good days, a bloody mary on the bad ones...

At home: coffee or English tea with milk (no sugar)

When I´m feeling more dead than alive: 6-8 shots of espresso

On vacation: espresso/cappuccino, a few glasses of champagne and some mange juice :)

I´m not whether it´s particularly healthy (probably not), but yes, I can easily drink 6-8 shots of espresso without becoming hyperactive. And after a short night (after a week of working morning to night) it´s a good way to turn me into a functioning human being.:p That being said, I try to not make it a habit so it still works when I really need the lift.;)

Makes Sense!!!

Have you ever considered turning to a healthier alternative... like Juicing?

Maybe fresh ginger with lemon and apple? It gives me a bit of a buzz and it a great blood cleanser!

Glass of milk or water. No caffeine for me!

I'm afraid I'm one of those who finds the notion of fizzy drinks with breakfast stomach turning.

There's a woman who used to get the same train as me every morning. Without fail, she'd produce a massive ham sandwich and a diet Coke out of the wheelie suitcase that she so proficiently managed to block entire platforms with.

I don't know why it seemed to wrong. I'd quite happily have a bread and cold meat with sparkling water and coffee type breakfast in Germany, for example. It's not a huge leap.

OJ and or coffee with cream and 2 sugars.

Aussies would know this one: Bushell's tea.

Grapefruit juice, great for the body!

Most of the stuff in stores and in fast food restaurants is Grapefruit cocktail.. Hard to find pure grapefruit juice.. but definitely great as the actual grapefruit in whole takes more energy to digest than what the calories are worth.

I don't know about the actual juice though.
