Definitely +1 on this one. No matter which of the big carriers you fly, there WILL be problems. I've found Delta's customer care to be incredibly responsive, sincere and empathetic. That's big in my book.

Customer care email address wanted

I want to send customer care an email about a recent experience. Its not a complaint (well it is but its done and over so no use crying about it -- i am sure i'll get a few miles out of it anyway) but a training opportunity and there are pictures involved so I can't directly use the webform.

I see a phone number, and a twitter address but not a plain old "[email protected]" type address. Does someone have that handy? I tried to read the webpage source but its basically redirects to a JSP so i can't discern any email address.

Only if your emails are forwarded to the U.S. customer care. And he needed to attach files which he can't on your link.
I had to search for the direct email address myself(took a while - so not that obvious ), because my emails were forwarded to the European customer care and I received the automatic reference number reply and then nothing anymore with two different issues and a longer period of time between them.

The U.S. customer care replied within 24 hours!!!

And by the way, the German language customer care must have been outsourced to somewhere in eastern Europe with people obviously not understanding my problems and replying to non of my questions and giving answers to things I have not asked about.....in broken German(thanks to Radek and Zuzana)!

You might consider shooting them a note on Twitter through DL Assist. Many of us have had excellent success in getting responses from them and satisfaction and resolution of issues that were raised with them.

I used the [email protected] address as alexbo recommended. They got back to me within 24 hours and resolved my issue. It was very smooth.

Twitter might have worked but brevity is not my strong point, I can't say good morning in less than 160 characters

is any of this still current?

Hello All,
Can anyone tell me if any of this contact information is still current?
I would like to make a formal complaint against a delta customer service rep who has been giving both my wife and I the runaround. I run a business, and this person deserves a formal complaint to their department or the company heads.

Customer Care contact?

Back in the Northwest days, we used to have a good Customer Care contact. Does anyone have one for Delta? Feel free to PM me if you don't want it on the list.

Thanks.

I mean a specific, responsive person, not the general email contact. I know about that.

Thanks.

@deltaassist via Twitter. Plenty of FTers swear by them.
