Well, good luck with that. Getting to the gate is your responsibility; it doesn't matter where you got held up. Unless there is more to the story than you reported in the OP, I don't see how there is anyone else to blame but yourself.

Well, perhaps a more complete posting of all the relevant issues would have lead to a more sympathetic response. In any case and for your sake, I hope there is more to your case than you posted here.

Customer Care Contact

I remember a while back several of you were looking for a contact at DL for the customer care department

Here is a link for most airline customer care contacts.

The Delta contact is Belinda Stubblefield at 404-715-1402.

Just keep in mind that she is fairly new to DL and started in the highly respected department of "Diversity" and she been promoted quickly to head up the customer care department. Just to manage your expectations

Thanks, I've bookmarked the URL. I just wrote that dept. earlier this week, but it would have been good to have an actual persons name on the envelope.

Belinda is no longer with the department. She has not been for a while. The General Manager for customer care is Ms. Daiquiri Gleaves.

Good to know!

We sent a letter in Mid-October addressed to Ms. Stubblefield and it at least got a response, so addressing it to someone who is no longer there is better than addressing it "To Whom It May Concern!"

True. I suppose Daiquiri Gleaves should really have been made head of in-flight beverages
