Delta Air Lines Elite Status Match Challenge : The Definitive Thread

Please forgive this potentially dumb question:
Delta's Status Match Challenge website says that one applying for the challenge "present both 1) a valid, current elite physical or digital membership card or credential with your name on it and 2) a statement showing your earned elite status with an airline and the corresponding activity with that airline that made you achieve that status, with your name on it."
Where does one find these for United and Southwest? I'm able to find my digital MileagePlus card, but I don't see one anywhere for Southwest. I also dont' know where to find "a statement showing your earned elite status with an airline and the corresponding activity with that airline that made you achieve that status." I'm not sure I've ever seen such a statement for either airline.
Would someone be kind enough to point me to these items?

I'm confused about MQM rollover in case of a successful status match. I completed a UA Platinum match to DL PM between Dec 2019-Jan 2020 and obviously the status has been extended thru Jan 2022. However part of my status match requirements were completed this calendar year i.e. Jan 2020 - about 12k MQMs. Will these roll over to 2021 MQMs?

Apologies if this has been answered before.
The wiki States status match processing time takes 13 days.
I would like the status match from United to Delta.
Would want it for a flight next week.
Has anyone been successful in applying and then calling or messaging Delta to expedite?

I saw the 13 day processing time in the wiki above and decided to apply on the early side before my first DL flight. Took 2 days to get the email back saying I've matched to PM. Now I have 8 days to go before my first DL flight. Worried I may have screwed up and not waited till closer to departure to submit my application.

Apologies if this has been asked/answered but I was unable to find anything after a few different searches and I wanted to be crystal clear on an answer. With the regular public status challenge I'm aware of the language that award tickets don't count towards the challenge qualifications ("Travel on Award Tickets does not qualify for this offer" per the T&Cs). However, what happens now with the accelerators for 2021 where award tickets DO receive MQMs/MQDs -- do those indeed count towards challenge qualification? I see in the FAQs on the accelerator page that "Will the bonuses count towards Challenges or other promotions to earn Status? Yes, all MQMs, MQSs and MQDs earned will count towards promotions and Challenges"
While the language between the two pages is conflicting, it does indeed seem like award tickets should count for challenge qualification at least for 2021. So it does seem like I should be in the clear, I'm still concerned about the language conflict and which page/T&C takes precedence.
Anybody have evidence to support that award MQMs/MQDs are indeed counting for challenges in 2021? Both my wife and I want to do challenges starting 7/1 (in order to get status for full year 2022, assuming same rules as in the past hold true about starting the challenge in 2nd half of a year) but we have a mix of paid and award travel

Award MQM and Status Match
Searched everywhere for a definitive confirmation here but couldn't find it so here's a question: Do the award ticket MQMs for this year count toward Status Match challenge?
On the Status Match Challenge page, it says:
And the Medallion Status Accelerator page, it says:
This seems like, I can potentially complete the status challenge purely by flying award tickets for 3 months, correct? (As long as the MQD threshold clears or I get a waiver?)
On the Status Match Challenge page, it says:
What flights can I earn MQMs, MQSs or MQDs on for this challenge?MQMs, MQSs and MQDs earned on Delta- and Delta Connection-operated flights will count towards this challenge. MQMs, MQSs and MQDs may also be earned on partner airline flights that are eligible to earn MQMs, MQSs and MQDs. Visit Airline Partners to learn more about what flights qualify.
In addition:
- Bonuses will also apply to challenges such as Reclaim My Status and Status Match, so while challenge thresholds won’t change, you’ll have an accelerated path to completion.

Pure speculation, but considering there are reports of Delta counting credit card MQMs, which are also excluded in T&Cs, I wouldn't be spurprised if they count award ticket MQMs this year too.

Oh that's great, thanks for that. Mind linking where you see those reports? Would be perfect if those did count since I was thinking I might fall slightly short on the MQM side (fine on the MQDs) and need to book a MR.
