Cannot log into delta.com
Unable to do so from my iPhone, iPad, or PC for last 3 hours or so.
Am I an outlier or part of a trend? |
Ditto.
I thought maybe my account was hacked, but I see it's not just me. |
Same here… mobile app and website not working

I was able to phone and make changes to one award flight and book another with miles…and using the delta website and PNR I was able to check in for tomorrow’s flight.
So my account seems fine but cannot log in. Let’s see how common/uncommon this is… |
Per downdetector, lots of people (including me) are having this problem.

Gee, seems like an opportune time for a sanctioned DL Lurker to weigh in.
I called DL again. They said “lots of people were having the problem” and “IT is working on it, hopefully should be fixed in a couple of hours.” |
Same here. Unable to login to the app, 11PM AKDT.
Was, however, able to view an itinerary by manually inputting my PNR. Needed to fix a seat assignment that had been impacted by Schedule Change Saturday :) |
Ed has already calculated that this outage won’t cost him anything, so who cares?

I was having this problem earlier as well, but it seems resolved now. Wonder is there was a system update going on or something. (A notice would be nice, but...)

Can’t log in with app but I can on the mobile website. Checking for flights, I can’t see ruc/guc space. When I click on my name/mileage tab in the top right, it says “Thank you for being a undefined.” I’ll admit, the undefined part made me chuckle a bit lol.

Same here. The good old "Oops! We're sorry...unable to process your request. Please try again or simply continue as a guest" on the (cr)app.

Can log in through the web but not the app.
I still have the 'old' My Trips format on the web. I can connect to the APP as a guest but trying to login fails. I wonder what new crap Delta's GenZ IT (Incompetent Technicians) tried to roll out this time. |
I can’t login from a newer Apple device, but I am able to login with an older iPhone 7. Brings up the older app format.

Was worried my account had been locked because yesterday I tried multiple times to change a couple reservations and kept getting errors. Also on a login of the app I got a notice of "This password has appeared in a data leak" with a recommendation to change my password. So I was unsure if through multiple attempts to change flights and changing my password if I had triggered some account security warning that then locked my account but at least with being able to log in to the website this morning, that doesn't seem to the case. Just the app sucking and crashing at the moment. |
No issues for me this morning on the Android app, but not the case yesterday evening eastern US time.
I was trying to login, so I didn't have to put all of passenger info in for booking an upcoming flight this week. The fare actually went down by $50 this morning :tu: Boarding a DL flight this morning, the gate agent checked evertone in manually, but Delta app (Android) seems to be okay. Awaiting take off now while the plane gets de-iced. |
