Cannot log into delta.com
Unable to do so from my iPhone, iPad, or PC for last 3 hours or so.
Am I an outlier or part of a trend? |
Ditto.
I thought maybe my account was hacked, but I see it's not just me. |
Same here… mobile app and website not working

I was able to phone and make changes to one award flight and book another with miles…and using the delta website and PNR I was able to check in for tomorrow’s flight.
So my account seems fine but cannot log in. Let’s see how common/uncommon this is… |
Per downdetector, lots of people (including me) are having this problem.

Gee, seems like an opportune time for a sanctioned DL Lurker to weigh in.
I called DL again. They said “lots of people were having the problem” and “IT is working on it, hopefully should be fixed in a couple of hours.” |
Same here. Unable to login to the app, 11PM AKDT.
Was, however, able to view an itinerary by manually inputting my PNR. Needed to fix a seat assignment that had been impacted by Schedule Change Saturday :) |
Ed has already calculated that this outage won’t cost him anything, so who cares?

I was having this problem earlier as well, but it seems resolved now. Wonder is there was a system update going on or something. (A notice would be nice, but...)

Can’t log in with app but I can on the mobile website. Checking for flights, I can’t see ruc/guc space. When I click on my name/mileage tab in the top right, it says “Thank you for being a undefined.” I’ll admit, the undefined part made me chuckle a bit lol.

Same here. The good old "Oops! We're sorry...unable to process your request. Please try again or simply continue as a guest" on the (cr)app.

Can log in through the web but not the app.
I still have the 'old' My Trips format on the web. I can connect to the APP as a guest but trying to login fails. I wonder what new crap Delta's GenZ IT (Incompetent Technicians) tried to roll out this time. |
I can’t login from a newer Apple device, but I am able to login with an older iPhone 7. Brings up the older app format.

Also on a login of the app I got a notice of "This password has appeared in a data leak" with a recommendation to change my password. So I was unsure if through multiple attempts to change flights and changing my password if I had triggered some account security warning that then locked my account but at least with being able to log in to the website this morning, that doesn't seem to the case. Just the app sucking and crashing at the moment. |
No issues for me this morning on the Android app, but not the case yesterday evening eastern US time.
I was trying to login, so I didn't have to put all of passenger info in for booking an upcoming flight this week. The fare actually went down by $50 this morning :tu: Boarding a DL flight this morning, the gate agent checked evertone in manually, but Delta app (Android) seems to be okay. Awaiting take off now while the plane gets de-iced. |

Happens frequently on Saturdays with the schedule changes being uploaded! Nothing new! Never see it happen on UA’s app or online. But then their systems aren’t from the dinosaur era either! Those of you who are familiar with UA’s app know how so much better it is in all aspects! We can only hope that DL will get into the 21st century soon?

Anyone with redeye flights notice anything strange in the app? In the app, all of my redeyes are listed for the day after the original date while in the mobile website, it’s normal.

For awhile, I’ve had this problem: sometimes, but not always, when I log-in using my iPAD’s automatic feature, I get a response of we can’t find you. Then when I log-in manually, it’s fine.

It's back. Tried multiple SkyMiles accounts. No difference. On Win/PC.

Weirdly, I'm able to login using the app with the same account details, but on the web it fails for me. Had this happen every so often for me randomly for the past few years.

Sorry for digging up an old thread, but this is so frustrating.
I can log in all day and night using the iPhone Fly Delta app. But can never log in using the website on any computer, any browser. I reset the password perhaps a dozen times, and validated that I can log in with that new password by going through the Fly Delta app. But nothing seems to work if I pull up Delta.com in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. I have read other threads that suggest NordVPN is an issue...but I don't have any VPNs on my machine. I turned off everything I could, like ad blockers, pop up blockers, browser extensions, used incognito mode, I even tried using TOR. What the hell is going on and why can they not fix this? How can I get their attention and get them to take this seriously? |
The fact that this is not widely experienced says it’s a “you” problem.
Cookies, vpns, DNS issues, and more can cause this. One way to troubleshoot is to be on your WiFi on your phone and then use its browser to go to delta.com. If you can log in without issue, then it’s a computer issue. If you have the same issue on your phones browser, then there might be something with your router. |

This issue started for me earlier this week. Log in doesn't work. Have spent two hours on the phone with Apple trying just about everything. I can log in to the mobile app, use safari on my iPhone to go to the site and also log in an log in from a friends Mac using safari.
I've tried Chrome, private browsers sessions, private relay isn't on, no VPN (dont have anyway), etc.... DL is no help as they say they are not aware of any issues being reported. I have Googled and see so many treads in the last year with these issues but no solutions to the problem. I'm at a loss. |
UPDATE: This is definitely an OS issue. Currently, MAC OS Sonoma 14.2 and 14.2.1. Based on a contact I have to DL's IT team, they are aware of the issue. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon or right after the holiday.

Can logon fine using browser but Android app throwing same error. I'd hazard a guess they have some anti-fraud system in use thats being over sensitive to different devices / browsers.
Whats the best way to contact Delta support for tech issues? Edit: Yeh, looks like Delta use Accertify, who are likely blocking the sign in attempts. I am having similar issues. Can not log in using my Mac/Safari-Monterey, I also can not log in using Firefox. I can sign in using the Delta App on my Iphone. Go figure.

Still cant login on Safari, however all other browsers/phone/app work fine..

I get this about twice a month and it lasts 24-36 hours. Then just goes away.
