Average Time For Response From SkyMiles?

As some of you may be aware, when booking with an eCredit, the ticket sometimes does not post the correct MQDs. How long does SkyMiles typically take to respond/fix things these days? Last year when I had it happen to me, I called in, and they fixed it right away on the spot. This year, I am unable to encounter any competent agents who have no understanding of the issue. I asked for the ticket to be sent to SkyMiles for recalculation, and at this point, I think they're just lying to me to get me to end the call/chat. This miscalculation is going to cause me to come up short for the next tier of Medallion status. I've tried the chat, I've tried calling, and I've tried Twitter. No one has given me any sort of case number, and nothing has been done so far. All they do is ask me to wait 7 business days (which I have; the 7 days each time have come and gone).

My PNR got a bit messy due to IRROPS.

When I booked my trip, I had a ticket number (lets call this ticket number A).
After flying the outbound, the return was cancelled due to weather and rebooked multiple times.
I was finally rebooked by the Sky Club agent onto a flight that was definitely operating.

When the mileage posted:
Outbound credited with ticket number A
The entire PNR was credited under ticket number B which I've never seen before
The rebooked return was probably reissued and as such, credited under ticket number C.

Neither leg credited with the correct amount of MQDs reflective of what I spent on the base fare of the original PNR.

Would it be overkill to email Ed Bastian's office to express my displeasure at this point?

Same problem here. First email I sent in was end of August. Also sent one a couple weeks ago when I had another trip not post correct. The most recent was a cash fare which posted with 4 MQD I am short around 600 MQDs total now. No response on either. Doesn't seem to be a problem that phone/chat agents are capable of handling. I'll wait until beginning of December, after my next trip before I start making a big fuss.

The whole thing is very messy. I very often have to call in to get the credit/calculations corrected. Usually takes 1 call, sometimes 2. There is one stubborn one from back in March that seems to be impossible to fix.

Ive also won the lottery and gotten more credits than I deserved a couple of times. I guess it evens out in the wash, but the process is not great.

There clearly are remnants of old tickets / itineraries that get pulled in when you use eCredits, especially multiple eCredits and unused tickets as payment. It sort of works but clearly a huge mess on the back end.
