Same problem here. First email I sent in was end of August. Also sent one a couple weeks ago when I had another trip not post correct. The most recent was a cash fare which posted with 4 MQD

I am short around 600 MQDs total now. No response on either. Doesn't seem to be a problem that phone/chat agents are capable of handling. I'll wait until beginning of December, after my next trip before I start making a big fuss.
