The whole thing is very messy. I very often have to call in to get the credit/calculations corrected. Usually takes 1 call, sometimes 2. There is one stubborn one from back in March that seems to be impossible to fix.
I’ve also won the lottery and gotten more credits than I deserved a couple of times. I guess it evens out in the wash, but the process is not great.
There clearly are remnants of old tickets / itineraries that get pulled in when you use eCredits, especially multiple eCredits and “unused tickets” as payment. It sort of works but clearly a huge mess on the back end.
