Another option for August is DL 170 ICN-SEA which is the reconfigured 770-200LR with four cabins. Seat map looks good with 6 rows of PS and 11 rows of Comfort+
Main Cabin is the rear 1/3 of the plane past the galleys. I like it! Keep the riff raff in the back *kidding*

Sorry to say I think you're out of luck. According to delta.com DL 198 ICN-SEA is a 767-300 until Oct 1st when the A330-900neo starts service SEA-ICN DL199.

I just spent a few minutes picking random dates between July 31st and September 30th. All DL Metal on the dates I picked for nonstop SEA-ICN flights were B767-300ER's. If there is a few dates within the August dates, they would be only substitutions (which is a possibility). I'm not sure where DL would be able to free up any refurbished trip 7 LRs' that aren't being used already in their current schedule / timetable. The 76E's have 208 seats and 77L's have 288 (or 291) seats. If this route needs extra seating capacity (beyond 208 seats) then Delta may look at a change in their schedule until October 1st, which doesn't appear to be happening.

While it won't be possible to say before we have reports, I would personally go for the bulk head. If it is C+ there is probably going to be a decent amount of legroom and you won't have anyone reclining into you. On the current A330 the C+ bulkhead is my favorite seat in coach.

I like the isle seats in the bulkhead row. The bulkhead does have more room than the regular seats, but not enough for a very tall person to stretch out without hitting the wall. I’m 6’4”, so I prefer the extra space of sitting in the isle.
However, both inside isle seats jut into the isle from the first class cabin a bit, so people tend to walk into your seat. The isle seats on the outside (two seat) rows are the best. The inside isle seat on the right side of the plane gets less traffic and the outside isle seat on the left side are last of the four isle seats.
If you sit sit on an inside isle bulkhead seat you might get luck and have an open seat next to you. If you do you get the best seat of all. You can move over to the second seat and put your feet in the space of the isle seat. That way you get the space of the bulkhead seats but avoid the traffic in the isles.
The two seat bulkhead pairs pairs are very nice. They’re the best seats. Some like the privacy of the window seat better. Since I’m taller I like the isle seat better so I can stretch my legs. The two seat pairs don’t have the same problem of people bumping into them because of the way the wall and isle is configured.
The rest of the seats eats behind the bulkhead row are identical. The row in the back of the section does recline as fully as the rest of the seats and there is a hard wall behind the seats. Some people like that row because you can recline without worrying about going into someone else’s space.
