Another DL feature for me envy as a UA flyer. The Tumi bags are quite nice and can be recycled for use in my car and for other purposes. Contrast to the cheapo plastic pouches we see on UA flights, much less those useless metal containers that UA used during the Olympics. Sigh...

You're right, for my Dell XPS, a thin travel laptop, the brick is quite streamlined and sits in the new pouch nicely. But my older full sized work Dell has a much brickier brick, so the old pouch is suitable.

I FINALLY got the new Tumi pouch in D1 DUB-ATL. My mini iPad fits in it perfectly.

Still no earplugs on my flight last Friday, but the reply from my flight attendant was the most perplexing so far. “Ear plugs are only for economy.”
