Nothing for me either. I’ve been denied entry to three premium security checks in different Italian airports because I did not have the card to prove eligibility when flying in Y. Agents says DM and Elite Plus on boarding pass was not enough. Let’s hope this time they actually arrive by the end of the month.

what does the DM packet have? Does it have bag tags at least? Sadly, even me showing my online credentials does not appease SkyTeam partner dragons in places. Delta clearly dropped the ball on this one. Does anyone have a picture of what we would be receiving?

Mine (US Based DM) had 2 metal bag tags and 4 "JWD" certificates.

My DM package was similar to previous years, but just no membership card. Bag tags and JWDs and IIRC a letter with some marketing fluff. I guess you could try to show a bag tag to such an agent, but like previously, it doesn't have any personally identifying information or expiration date on it.

I requalified for Platinum on August 25th. Today I got a kit in the mail with two PM elite tags without my name, bar code or any FF# number on them, two loops for the tags and two certificates to give employees for doing a great job. No new membership card.

That has been the case for a few years. Starting last year, they stopped sending the card and started omitting MM status.

Still no Diamond kit for me. Going to tweet them. Still getting turned away from priority security checkpoints that need to see physical card.

They discontinued physical cards starting with anyone who qualified in 2018 for 2019 status. None going forward, just electronic.

Uh, this is not true. I qualified for DM in late 2018 and received a physical DM card soon after (along with plastic bag tags). Then in February 2019 I received another packet with metal bag tags and more JWDs.
