V8 vegetable juice served on domestic flights?

I'm doing a 24hr turn at one of my doctors offices in Florida. I'm told I have low blood pressure which needs lots of water, and salt - which could be provided by V8 juice. Trouble is those nice TSA people wont let V8 go through the checkpoint. I know bloody marys get made for people flying F, but don't know the brand.. perhaps I could liberate a couple of small cans from the onboard attendants? I'm guessing I won't be walking out of a skyclub with any..

A 5.5oz can of V8 has about 440mg of sodium. Four bags of mini-pretzels will do it.

Humm.. hadn't considered the pretzel angle.. good call. Could also bring some of those chunky, heavily salted pretzels - found in supermarkets - in my carry on.
