So on the outbound you would be due a 75% downgrade refund on the affected portion. I suspect this will be minimal, depending on how that fare is calculated. On the return you are not covered by the regulation.

Yes, but that portion is just the domestic bit, where I suspect DL will argue that the regulation doesn't apply.
