I am also having trouble using the opt in link. Is Hertz chat still the best option?
Also for the partnership where you earn 4 Skymiles/$ 5 as Silver on up, does that only apply if you book using a Delta CDP? I'm trying to decide if I should turn off my hertz points for business travel to accumulate the Delta miles. But then I know I probably get charged the excise tax. So I'm trying to figure out the value.

I emailed a screenshot of my current Delta Medallion status (Platinum) and Hertz Gold Member number to [email protected] and they got me added to President's Circle. This worked in previous years as a Delta Gold/5 Star as well.
