For some reason Delta does not force you to use TLS/SSL on their site. American, United, and Southwest do. I am betting that is part of the reason why they moved the login box.

even if the main page isn't using https the webform itself that you use to log in can (and, IIRC, did) use https to transmit your credentials.

That would still be subject to a MITM-style attack among other things.

I use HTTPS Everywhere:

https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere

if a web site has an https version, this plugin will automatically switch you over to that site even if the site doesn't necessarily require it. Firefox/Chrome/Opera.

I went to book a ticket last night and all my previously retained CC info was gone. Anyone else have the same thing happen?

WTH?

Apparently the FT website didn't stay at an HIE last night, either.

Anyone able to view their Trip Receipts? All I get is "Sorry, we are unable to display a copy of your receipt at this time. Please try again later."

EDIT: Nevermind, it looks like you have to mess around with the dates to get it to work (even though the original date time frame was correct).

I've noticed recently that there's maybe a 3-5 minute lag between when I purchase a ticket online and when the receipt is actually available. I'm assuming it's just the delay time when the ticket is actually being issued or something (even though the 006 number immediately appears in the trip details).

I'm going to have to start doing this, as DL.com will not remember me.

I booked a couple of trips yesterday and my CC data was still there from past bookings.
