yet another change from Delta in a negative way, wasting more of my time while I wait for two more pages two load, rather than in page loading.
What a waste of everyones time.

I'm also noticing that the site allows you to book mixed class tickets. You can select First class on the outbound and then economy on the return. I haven't gone through a full booking so don't know if it would actually allow you to complete the process.
In the past, if you selected first class on the outbound, the return would only offer first class & unrestricted first class.

This could be interesting.

It also appears to allow you to do this on a companion ticket. I've been looking for a FC ticket to LAS for a while and thought I see what coach option were available. After selecting the outbound, it showed coach and FC for the return. I selected FC and the next screen shows the combination of the coach and FC travel.
This could be interesting.

Could actually save me some money. I often buy FC for SDC, but don't usually need to be flexible on both the outbound and return.
Look like everything does price correctly. Buying first on the outbound cost half of the fare difference between Y and FC.
It's especially nice for my DCA-CVG flights. I almost always get upgraded on that route, so buying FC carries little benefit beyond SDC and a few extra MQMs.

You have two page redirects just to get logged in, it's a waste of time, compared to in page loading while logging in. Previously I could hit tab twice, type my password, hit enter and I was in.
Now I have to mouse over to log in, then I have to click in the password field, after the new page loads. Then I have to type in my password. OK enter still works, but I have to wait for another page to load!
What benefit do we get from all of these extra steps?
3 click rule on web development. Everything needs to be accessible in 3 clicks or less. I will have wasted 2 just logging in.
I can't get into one of my specific flights in 3 clicks or less now.

I hava couple of banking sites that have gone to a - first page login - then, next page password <supposedly> for extra security. Is that possible?

That's different though, they have you enter your username and your password on different screens (often with a security image that's intended to help validate that the site is legit and not a phishing site). DL's update just makes you click and load a 2nd page before logging in (with user/pw on the same screen) for no particularly good reason that I can see.

It's just more of a tedious process, and I have more than enough of that in my life already, and something I thought technology was supposed to help us eliminate or reduce.

And when I get to the account details, many links (such as expanding a past itinerary to show details), do not work... showing a "javascript:void(0);" message.
Just another example of what we have come to expect from DL... users should not be the beta testers (or, perhaps, alpha testers).

They seem to have updated the website overnight.
The biggest change I am noticing is that to login I need to click on a button on the upper right and it takes me to a new screen where I log in, and then get sent back to the homepage, instead of being able to just login from the homepage.
Why in the world would they force me to reload the page like that? On a slow connection (like on gogo, for example) that will be very annoying.

And actually, this doesn't work for my use case. If you select F outbound and Y return, you get the mixed cabin itin. But if you choose Y out and F return, both segments switch to F (same as before the update). Oh well.
