Yes, I did this morning. Tells you to click on the link in the body of the email. That too gives the same error message.

Regular F. And the first time I've ever seen this error in more that 20+ meal flights this year where the email has been sent.

For me it’s also regular F, LAX-LGA (miles redemption for the ticket… no buy up/upgrade). Couple of data points on Reddit are having the same issue this weekend as well.

Pre-ordering was not available for my flight yesterday, or my later this week. Also, mileage from my flight yesterday has not posted yet (which is extra strange because usually it at least shows that it is processing when I land). Also have been having login issues on the desktop version of the website for the past few weeks. Delta IT at its finest:rolleyes::mad: At least the flights and airport experience over thanksgiving was smooth.

Mine is finally working now, for a flight later this week, which is a relief, as one of the three in flight options on my domestic F / non-DL One transcon out of LAX (that is not operated by the A321neo, btw) is once again a cold salad.

Both myself and my spouse (separate PNRs) encountered this error back in late October. One paid F, the other RUC. It seemed to fix itself sometime during the 7 day Pre-selection window in time for us to select. I chalked it up to some sort of update in progress.

Haven't seen pre-selection offered yet, or do they do that for morning flights? If they do, any way to be able to pre-order? |

How soon does the pre-order option appear in either the DL app or DL.com webpage? (My flight leaves on 12/10 and I cleared into D1 with a a GUC.)
Also, for those of you who are DM and have not received pre-order email, have you had any success calling the DM line and asking them to pre-select the meal for you? |
