Does anyone have the link to the pre-order menus that include the limited selections by route? I found it on this forum once, but all my searches today only bring up the sticky post sites like https://deltaone.mydeltamenu.com/BOS-LHR/. This other site is just basic text menus, but it has been very accurate regarding what to expect.
Thanks in advance! |

Hello,
Anybody have any recent experience with pre-select on the A321Neo? Last mention on this thread was back in April. Just wondering if they fixed it so you can pre-select on this aircraft now... |

I was in domestic first yesterday EWR-MSP, and preordered my meal. I fell asleep at takeoff as usual, and woke up after breakfast service. The FA came by and asked if I would like breakfast, and I said yes -- and he says I have your preordered french toast. I'm confused because I would never order the french toast... I ask him sorry, are you sure that's my preorder? He says yes, I ask if there is anything else left over, he says no.... I say ok I'll give it a shot - thinking darn, I must have fat fingered the app a couple days ago. The french toast was fine, I'm just not a bread guy especially in the morning.
It's been in the back of my mind, and I just realized this morning -- a couple boarded right behind me and had two aisle seats, and I offered to switch with the husband... so that guy stole my breakfast!! (Honestly, I'd bet he's just as confused as I was until it me right now...) |
Ive pre-ordered but then switched seats before boarding but the meal was tagged with the seat assignment when I ordered it, so the meal doesn’t seem to update if your seat assignment changes

Pre-order Selection Error
Searched and did not find any other reports of error PBML when making the pre-order selection. It appears this is caused by a pending flight change that must be "accepted" through the desktop site. Once you accept the flight change then the pre-order selection sticks and stops returning the PBML error.

Interesting, good to know. And also, PBML is the SSR (special service request) for a beef meal when one selects that choice.

Has anyone else been getting an error message of "We're Sorry... There was an error dispatching the request" when trying to access the pre-order selection for an upcoming flight? Have been getting this message since yesterday for a flight on this coming Saturday.
