I was in a colleague's office today as he opened his snail mail and he received his Diamond credentials, good through 1/2018. He qualified in early October.

I did get the e-mails. To be honest all I saw was the boilerplate thank you and and canned platitudes.

Hit GM earlier this month, will hit PM mid Nov. However, I recall getting drink coupons for hitting GM last year, and I have none in my digital wallet nor did I get an email for the congrats on hitting GM(Not expecting creds). Anyone else seeing this, or is this a one-off experience?

Just hit Diamond, no drink coups, JWDs, or any reference to them at GM or PM.

Last year I received both email from Delta and physical package (card, luggage tags and drink coupons). It looks like a pattern to me - no love for GMs from Delta this year. |
JWDs are still mailed out. I just go a set last month when hit PM requalification, and another set this month when hit requalification for DM. HOOU took a week to appear after hitting each level for GM, PM and DM.

Do you get new DM bragtags every year you hit DM? Roughly when do they go out - after you achieve status, or at the start of the new year? 2017 will be my 2nd DM year, and like I said above, I've gotten nothing from DL this year as I went thru G/P.

Diamond through 1/16?
I just received my Diamond credentials in the mail. That's the great news.
Now the not so great news ... They are valid through January 2016. And I am only Platinum this year. Why did Delta send me expired credentials? At least the included drink coupons are valid through the end of the year. |
Never received anything when I hit PM at the beginning of the year.... Do they not send them to international addresses?
