I finally received my Platinum Medallion package yesterday. Wonder what took Delta too long. Didn't they reduce the medallion year because they said they would be able to deliver all medallion packages by end of January?

Got my Plat package on Saturday.

My wife and I each got our PM packets yesterday.

Finally received my PM packet on Friday. Thought it was interesting & nice the letter specifically called out Unlimited Complimentary Upgrades as a benefit.

I didn't really read it. That's very interesting haha. Seems like a mistake to push something that is actively being phased out.

Maybe something is wrong with my mail carrier, but I'm still waiting on my Diamond stuff for this yesr, too. I also still don't show any drink vouchers in the app. :(

It doesn't say what you're being upgraded to though, but it does say to visit www.delta.com/medallion -- and now, you can see it there:

Select a Main Cabin ticket, and, on the Passenger Information screen, check the box to request a complimentary Delta Comfort+ upgrade.

WHEN WILL I GET MY COMPLIMENTARY UPGRADE?
Medallion members will be upgraded to Delta Comfort+ seats, based on availability, at the following times:

SILVER
24 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

GOLD
72 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

PLATINUM
SHORTLY AFTER TICKETING

DIAMOND
SHORTLY AFTER TICKETING

Have you tried calling? Maybe USPS lost it (highly probable these days).

Yeah, twice. They said it should be here by the end of the month. I'm not holding by breath though.

I still haven't gotten either my plat package or diamond package from last year. I qualified for plat in early September, then diamond in December. They definitely have my address, because I received a gold package at my current address.

You're supposed to get a package for every level you qualify for?

Yes. I received one when I hit GM in June, and one for PM last month.
