Looks like I received more than a 50% bonus for SkyMiles, but no bonus for MQM. Here is the summary from my PIT-DTW-MSP trip:
* 1028 MQMs
* 685 "Base" miles
* 411 "Bonus" miles
* 1096 "Total" miles

It Happened Again.... This Time as an FO
My 6pm from MDW to PIT via DTW, arriving PIT at 11pm, was delayed one hour. I changed to the 5pm via MSP, arriving in PIT at 10:30pm. Somehow I was placed as #1 of 30+ on the upgrade list. Here I am sitting in 1D awaiting takeoff for the MSP to PIT leg.

I've only had this happen once. My HPN-MSP was delayed and they allowed me to switch to a JFK-MSP instead and I was instantly placed in first class because of the Y rebooking. However I didn't get the bonus mqm. I did call in to ask about it and was told that I was not eligible for it as I hadn't "paid" for the Y fare

In my experience you always jump lots of people when you rebook because of IROPS. I just posted in another thread the other day about ending up 2/49 as an FO after rebooking. In fact, if you have multiple options after the need to be rebooked last minute, and one or more of those options is Y = 0 F > 0, you can book directly into F, even when other options in Y are available.
I have never gotten an MQM bonus in these situation.
