OP here ....

Looks like I received more than a 50% bonus for SkyMiles, but no bonus for MQM. Here is the summary from my PIT-DTW-MSP trip:

* 1028 MQMs
* 685 "Base" miles
* 411 "Bonus" miles
* 1096 "Total" miles
