Transferring an E-Voucher

Travel companion and I were both issued ETVs last year from IRROPS and I am trying to redeem them on an upcoming trip. I'd like to apply my voucher to one ticket and my companion's to her ticket, but I want to book both.

I've read the Terms and conditions which clearly state our vouchers are transferable to another person, so long as that person is traveling with the original voucher holder on the same itinerary. What I can't determine is the mechanism by which that transfer takes place. Do I need to call in to the medallion desk to achieve this, or is there a way to do it online?

While I would otherwise just make the separate bookings and link the PNRs after the fact I'd like to take advantage of my GM to book us into EC.

Thanks all!

Try this online first.
Book both pax on one PNR after applying the E-Credit for both pax.
If it errors out call DL CS and tell them you are having a problem doing so.
If an agent cannot do it free of charge, then ask for Supervisor, then ask for online/ web support.
You should be able to do so.

You do know, don't you, that GMs can now only get EC/C+ seats 48 or 72 hours before scheduled departure, unless you pay 100% of the EC/C+ seat fees? This change was announced recently.

That change goes into effect on 3/1/15. My father, GM, purchased a DL flight for travel in April and was able to select domestic EC at booking and was offered 50% discount on EC on an international flight.

If there's an aircraft or schedule change, those EC seats could be lost. Plus, it hasn't happened in the past, but DL could purge free and discounted C+ seats on March 1.

Thanks - the problem is I don't know how to apply both credits in one transaction, as the one voucher is loaded on my SM account while the other is loaded onto my travel companion's SM account.

The flight is before March 1 so not worried about losing the EC seats, and because it's international only looking to take advantage of the discounted pricing.

Purging discounted seats means they'd have to return money. I don't see that happening.
