Delta App - Random Flight Notifications
Curious if this is just me, but lately I've been getting seemingly random flight notifications on the Delta App (iphone, IOS8). On monday, I almost went to the wrong gate becasue of the notification. Today I was driving through Pittsburgh on my way to Cleveland, and I received a notification about a flight leaving from PIT this afternoon. I almost turned the car around thinking I was headed to the wrong airport.
Now sitting in CLE, I just received a notification for a flight leaving ATL???
Anyone else getting flight notifications for flights you are not booked on?

Or, that someone has not hacked your account and is redeeming award tickets.

Were you ever booked on those flights at any point, and then changed off them, whether due to schedule change, voluntary change, or similar? I've gotten flight notifications for flights I used to be on plenty of times.

Nope. I was thinking it had something to do with Location Services, but then I got the goofball notification from a flight out of ATL while I was sitting here in CLE. I can't seem to put a pattern to them just yet.

Never had the issue with my iOS 8 (Beta through launch) on my iPhone 5 or now on my 6 Plus. The only thing I get is the repeated messages about my gate updates, however, I have been at the gate and not told about the new gate. I have found Flysmart to be a better gate app.
