Does DL sell a product similar AA's 5 Star Service Personal Assistance?

Hi All,

I'm relatively unfamiliar with Delta, as I travel almost exclusively with American and OneWorld.

I am wondering if Delta sells a product similar to something American Airlines which American Airlines calls "American Airlines 5 Star Services"

http://www.aa.com/i18n/urls/fivestarservice.jsp

My parents have paid for such services in AA, wouldn't have issue doing the same on DL if a similar product is offered.

I ask because my parents going to be flying, and are also accustomed to flying on AA, and would utilize AA's 5 Star Services since they're senior citzens; the service would make their travels easier. They're also more comfortable flying through DFW on AA versus ATL on DL.

However Delta has a discounted First Class fare that's almost 50% cheaper than the fare offered on AA during the same dates for where they're traveling

If DL offers a service similar to AA's 5 Star Services, then it would be a no-brainer for my parents to fly DL since they'd feel more comfortable with a service similar to AA's 5 Star Services.

Thanks in Advance!

AA sure has the lead on this. I've used it for clients a few times with DL - ATL and LAX. They were impressed with the service.

UA - nothing.

Just be sure to note, Max, that Delta's service is ONLY available between NYC and SFO/LAX.

Good catch. You are correct. Also, ATL.

To the OP: where are they flying?

The AA thing though is really an eggregious amount of money. If you're concern is your parents being seniors and slower in the process you can always order a wheelchair for one and basically avoid your issues
