I was able to access DL Studio with IOS 9 on an iPad but I couldn't watch any movies for free - it didn't recognize my seat/name.

The plane did have IFE and GoGo is free for me.

I have the player on my Android table, and it worked before, but yesterday it would only play the first eight seconds of any video. I gave up.

Looks like a direct stab at JetBlue.

I love this. I've already been watching movies on my ipad when on Delta flights. Beats the heck out of the nasty old back of seat video monitors. I first noticed it when I was logging into gogo all the time.

Anyone else having issues watching premium content for free when in comfort plus? Says it can't recognize my name and seat number...flight attendants can't help and delta assist says talk to flight crew.....

A couple weeks ago, I wasn't able to log in. I checked with the FA to make sure I was on the manifest and I was. I then asked to be logged in using another passengers info and I was able to watch my premium movie.

Was there ever a solution to this for your name to work?

The one time I had the issue I did an IM with GoGo and they gave me a couple of coupon codes to watch a movie for free. Just had to log into my account and enter the code.

I had forgotten, but several weeks ago, this was happening to my wife on her Samsung tablet. The browser would either keep going in circles of "You need to download the Gogo player" and presenting errors, or it would start playing the movie and as the 20th Century Fox (or whatever company) logo starts appearing and credits roll, it stops and then presents the error again, and would cycle back through the "You need Delta or Gogo apps."

why do they intentionally break this for every phone? next flight i will try overriding my http user-agent string. but i should not be forced to do this to find out if my device works.

Its been hit and miss with my Surface 3 recently, all using IE.

CRJ7 - Didn't work.
B738 and 752 - worked.

Edge still doesn't work.

Was recently (Nov 10) on a YXE - MSP - YXE flight where Delta Studio (and GoGo Wifi) had limited availability. On the outbound nothing not available during the entire flight and on the return, only Wifi was available until we entered Canadian airspace and then it was disabled. We were informed about the limited Wifi by FA prior to take-off.

This is the first time I've had this limitation when flying in Canadian airspace. My last flight in mid-October had full Wifi and Delta Studio for the same flights.

Is this a new rule for DL flights from/to Canada?

Just tried using DL Studio on my Nexus 10. I've used it many, many times to pull up the menus in Chrome and then watch them in the Gogo Player app.

This time, clicking on the DL Studio link takes me to a page saying my device/browser is not supported. Did Gogo change their tech requirements? AFAIK, no changes to my tablet (unless Chrome updated to a new version).

I had the same issue last week on a Nexus 7. I have used it before but not this time.

I think I recently got a system upgrade. I suspect gogo is not supporting the updated version of android.

Have there been any changes in what devices are supported by DL Studio? I tried logging in just for the heck of it using my Kindle Fire the other day and, instead of getting the "Device Not Supported" message, it had me download the player app and then it looked like all was going well but when I went to play something it would take me to my "library" and tell me "Bummer! You have no content in your library" (or something like that). Anyone else run into this? I am about to just buy another tablet but thought I'd double check. Any cheap tablet recommendations that work?
