When will DeltaStudio support Windows 10 and the Edge Browser? I was able to work around the lack of native support before using FireFox on my Win8.1 tablet, but since I've upgraded to Windows 10 it stays my device is not supported. The lack of support for Windows devices (even tho Delta has standardized on Surface tablets for the Pilots & Lumia devices for the FA's!) is VERY frustrating!

Been complaining since they introduced this with crickets.

I was able to get a cheap Andriod tablet with some points on a card I never use, downloaded the gogo video player and it works like a charm. Its only purpose is to watch movies on the plane.

Delta Studio and iPad iOS 9

I am sitting on a flight trying to connect to Delta Studio on my iPad which I updated to iOS. Out of luck, after a bunch of "not supported browser" messages I open a chat with GOGO support to be told Safari on iOS9 is not yet supported. She didn't have a target date, only "soon". I hope the personal AVOD on my TATL flight this evening works.

cool story bro.

That's why people should not be early adopters to new operating systems. YOU made the decision to upgrade.

:roll eyes:

Or multi-billion dollar corporations with access to pre-release software should work out compatibility ahead of time when they know the anticipated release date, and that customers often upgrade when it becomes available.

Same experience this past week running the 9.1 beta. Rather annoying when the IFE system was already out and so Studio was my only hope.

Did you try it with Chrome?

Winner for nastiest post of the day. This post is the "cool story". "Bro."

iOS 9 just released a week ago and I've noticed Gogo really likes to take their time updating the compatibility. Even Windows 10 is not supported and it's been out for a few months now. Have to use a user agent changer extension on my browser to get it working.

They might be updating it now. I tried to connect to Delta Studio last night. First I tried the DL app and got a message that my browser wasn't supported, which wasn't true - I haven't updated to iOS9 yet and it worked perfectly fine on my outbound flight on Saturday.

Then I tried using Safari and got a message that DL Studio was unavailable because it was being updated.

I searched but could not find much. Has anyone found a way to use Delta Studio with either a Kindle Fire HDX, A Motorola Turbo, or a Samsung Galaxy Note 5? Thanks!

with that new $50 fire, i'd love for delta to start supporting it. i have pulling out my laptop on the plane and i want something bigger than my iphone to watch on without spending much money

iOS 9 will happen before Windows 10 releases, but I suspect they'll have windows 10 done before the end of the year. From what I've observed I'm pretty sure GoGo's order of priority is iOS, Android and then Windows (Desktop OS).

I just snagged this for my husband today for an early birthday present.

I had debated between this and the $50 kindle, but this as the ability to load Amazon Video app, stream Delta Studio, and when we fly SWA use the live TV feature.

Google Best Buy 10% off and it brings it down to $71.99

I've an iPad on iOS 9.1 beta, and it played Delta Studio just fine a couple of days ago. I'll try it again tonight, now that I think about it, and report back. I will also try my iPhone 6+ which is on iOS 9.

I just wish they would update the library on Delta Studio...same old stuff for at least 3 months or more.
