Doing some segment runs along with business this week to catch up after being sick in July. In the course of 7 days next week I have 24 segments scheduled. Will report back after I recover :-)

In Fall 2005, NW published what was probably a set of mistake fares that allowed routing from the US east coast to either AMS or LHR (might have still been LGW, can't remember) by way of HNL for about $400-$500, roundtrip. I booked two of them, one to AMS, one to LHR/LGW for January and February 2006.

As I recall --
BWI-MSP-HNL-LAX-DTW-LHR-MSP-HNL-SEA-MSP-DCA -- 10 segments in about 5 days. I did spend a few nights in London.
BWI-DTW-HNL-SEA-AMS-MSP-LAX-HNL-SEA-ANC-MSP-DCA -- 11 segments in 5 days.

Qualified for Platinum by April 1 that year.

Used that to ask for a status match to US and they game me Chairman as the status match.

And earlier this summer -- it was two weeks and two itineraries, on on DL and one nested in the middle on StarA flying around Asia using points.
DCA-DTW-ICN-HFE-CTU-NRT/HND-TSA-GMP/ICN-SEA-JFK-DCA -- 10 segments in 2 weeks.

11 in six days; end-of-year MRs in 2012 to keep GM:
12-13 Dec: DCA-CVG-LAX-OAK/SJC-LAX-JFK-DCA (upgrades only on first and last segments)
16-17 Dec: DCA-SEA-OAK (AS; upgrade on SEA-OAK); OAK-LAX-JFK-DCA (bought an A fare OAK-LAX-DTW-DCA; SDC'd to OAK-SLC-JFK-DCA to get on the BE-configured jet, and then SDC'd again)
10 in five days; "TCON" turboprop odyssey (yeah, I know, I'm nuts ...) in 2008 to/from a conference in San Diego
7 Sep: DCA-MSP, NW 757 (upgrade); MSP-ATY-PIR, NW SF-340
8 Sep: PIR-DEN, Great Lakes Beech 1900; DEN-BIL, Frontier Q400; BIL-SEA, Horizon Q400; SEA-SAN, Alaska 73G
12 Sep: SAN-MSP, NW 320; MSP-MQT, NW SF-340; MQT-DTW, NW SF-340; DTW-IAD, NW E75 (upgrade)
I had a couple rough days in 2006, although it pales beside what baccarat0809 related
I flew DCA-CVG with my wife and son; they went on to SEA and I proceeded to a conference in LA ... my company was happy to buy a DCA-LAX-SEA ticket since I would travel back to DC with family

a couple days into vacation my boss said I needed to be back in LA the morning after the scheduled return trip ... I couldn't justify getting reimbursed for SEA-LAX-DC since it would look like the company had paid for my vacation travel

6-7 Aug SEA-BOS-IAD ... leave 1030pm Sun, arrive 9am; take taxi home; get in car, pick up dog at kennel; go back home to shower, snooze, and repack; drive my wife's car to DCA so it's there when she and son get back at 10pm
7 Aug DCA-IAH-SNA ... leave 5pm, arrive 930pm, drive to hotel in Redondo Beach, crash hard
8 Aug meeting in El Segundo from 830-5, get sushi in Manhattan Beach, wait for traffic to ease, drive to ONT
9 Aug ONT-IAH-DCA ... leave 1240am (upgrade!), arrive 1030am, metro to office for the afternoon, catch train home ~545pm
I also did a lot of mini-MRs from ~2003-2011 in conjunction with business trips where I picked up 12-14 segments in a two-week period

Two weeks ago, I did 10 in a six day stretch (BWI-JFK-LAX-SLC-BWI) (BWI-ATL-GRR-DTW-BWI) (DCA-JFK-PRG); I went 5 for 8 on domestic upgrades, with BWI-JFK being on a one class regional jet. My wife and I also got OP-UPs on the PRG flight, which was tremendous.

The most for me in a week would be 9 just 2 weeks ago. I returned from India flying BLR-BOM-AMS-ATL-DAB and 6 days later I flew DAB-ATL-MKE-MSP-ATL-DAB.

It will be interesting to see how December is like. So far I have planned DAB-ATL-LGA-CLT-LGA-ATL-DAB-ATL-DEN-LGA all within a week of each other.

I've had 12 in a 9-day span. Between RIC and MCO with various connections (ATL, DTW, LGA) from Fri before Labor Day to the Sunday after.

It's a weird feeling being on a flight to your destination and getting a msg on your phone from Delta to check-in for your flight the next day to return home (and have it happen multiple times in a week)

I'll post 25 in a month, of which 23 were on the same plane

full disclosure: this was in Apr 1980 when I was at Boeing Flight Test ... we were doing an engine test program on a 737-200 to be delivered to Lufthansa

I've had 12 in a 3-day span scheduled a couple of times, but (luckily) the middle day has never materialized, leaving 8 in 3 days.
