Anyone Else Having Issues with iPhone Check-In

Over the past week I've had two different itineraries (AUS-ATL-BUF and JAX-ATL-LAX) where I received an error message on the iPhone app when I tried to check in. The message indicated that I "did not have an electronic ticket" and needed to see a DL representative at the airport. Both times I called in to the DM line and they were able to fix the issue so I could check in on the app.
Today when I had the issue the DM rep transferred me to DL IT service center
who told me that it was because I received an UG and the ticket "was never reissued." Anyone else experiencing something similar? I'm worried this is a glitch and I'm going to have to keep calling every time I get an UG.

Here's the response I got from @deltaassist yesterday when the same thing happened to me:
I tried again after the message and it worked fine. Perhaps DL IT has been tinkering with the award calendar again and broke app checkin in the process. Or maybe DL thinks that upgrades are now so rare that it's not really a problem...
The only thing I could tell you why is possibly because you were upgraded on the 2nd and 3rd and the tkt wasn't reissued to reflect.
