Over the past week I've had two different itineraries (AUS-ATL-BUF and JAX-ATL-LAX) where I received an error message on the iPhone app when I tried to check in. The message indicated that I "did not have an electronic ticket" and needed to see a DL representative at the airport. Both times I called in to the DM line and they were able to fix the issue so I could check in on the app.
Today when I had the issue the DM rep transferred me to DL IT service center

who told me that it was because I received an UG and the ticket "was never reissued." Anyone else experiencing something similar? I'm worried this is a glitch and I'm going to have to keep calling every time I get an UG.
I had the same thing happen. Thought it was my phone that was acting up
