DL Website Down
 

Did Delta's website just go offline or is it just me?

On Thursday, June 27, we will be performing system maintenance on delta.com beginning at 3am EDT. We expect this maintenance to last approximately one (1) hour. During this time you will be unable to access delta.com or many transactional areas of our mobile applications.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

No, it's not just you. I can't get on from multiple computers for the last 30 minutes. The site appears to be down.

I was successful in changing seats about 30 minutes ago but when I tried to check-in got the error message

so it was YOU! :p

Hi, it happens. Too bad it happens mid day and the error message is from June 27. On the other hand, if they can get me three-four months back in time, I'd be happy. Have another summer :D

nope, it's down. I couldn't spend my hard earned $9.18 on a flight! LOL. What was (a bit) surprising - ok, maybe not so - is that the res agent wasn't aware of it. Oh well. Guess that $9.18 has to stay safely in my pocket!

Just went there as part of a Delta survey, and got the same results.

Nope, the website isn't down. It's just so crucial for you to know that 9 months from now, there will be maintenance at 3am, that Delta has disabled all website features to bring you that important message.

That is when Delta will be launching the new award calendar.

Is anyone else quietly hoping that there's a massive fire burning in Delta's server farm, and DAL will have no choice but to rebuild their entire IT infrastructure?

Still appears down and the DL app on my iPhone is going very slow.

It is still down, the upgrade to Windows NT is taking longer than expected.

Looks to be back up now(?)

OOPS! I was wrong. It let me get further into the process, but still eventually got that evil message about system maintenance on June 27!

Still down for me.
