I found out what happened...The computer almost upgraded a silver elite member. They crashed the system just in time.

Lines are short in DCA and the kiosks seem to work fine, anyway.

Regarding getting the Pre-Check notification on your BP, I usually check-in at home. If one were to have to check-in at the airport, does it matter if you use a kiosk, an actual DL agent, or one of the curbside check-ins?

Amazingly, DAL stock is up 1.47% on the day. Do investors not visit dl.bomb to see they are losing thousands of potential bookings?
Also, very glad I'm not flying today. I don't what to do if I can't print my HOOU. |

Kiosks in Atlanta as recently as 30 mins ago were pretty quiet. I was surprised - I figured pandemonium would have let loose. But it looks like it's back up now. Took a screen shot of my mobile BP just in case...
