Good question... haven't seen/heard anything on national news sites so I'd guess the ops side isn't effected.

Probably. How do they manage the upgrade list if people can't check in? I hear they are going to have to shut down the entire reservation system to get the website back up that's why they are holding back on it.

At least it's not impacting operations. I was just able to print a BP at a kiosk, despite having experienced the issues discussed above when I tried to access the site from both a hotel computer and my iPhone.

I assume there's a difference between a website error and an internal server error, right? Which is worse?

Internal Server Error is because that means the website isn't even being served technically. If the website error comes up at least the website is being served just not functioning (it's catching its own error). Internal server errors indicate the website core is unstable.
