I usually just see one who directs people into the SkyPriority and PreCheck lines and also monitors access to the SkyPriority check in area, although sometimes I notice two agents standing together around the entrance to both area. I suspect that staffing could depend on time of day, day of week, and whether someone is taking a break.
Kind of embarrassing, actually.

I'm sure you're right. And Saturday was a mess of lines, including SkyPriority, so I imagine DL was trying to keep the Sky Priority services from being overwhelmed with regular passengers. The line to drop a bag as a Sky Priority member was quite lengthy so lengthy they were repeatedly paging Red Coats to the counter to help clear the backlog.
Kind of embarrassing, actually.

This was the first time I'd used the Sky Priority line since hitting GM back in September, but all the other times through the terminal I didn't remember seeing a line. It was past the kiosks and around the ropes back to where the Pre/SP security entrance is.

This sounds like the day the PMNW computer network crashed and agents were checking bags with hand written tags for those who had already printed their boarding passes. That was a mess with long lines for elite and premium cabin passengers.
