Delayed Baggage at BCN

Okay, performed umpteen searches and not one addressed what I am looking for.
I arrived into BCN from the new terminal at JFK on DL.
Apparently (according to the baggage services at BCN) some bags making the journey from the new terminal aren't making the trip with the passengers, however, in my case it was simply my connecting flight was late, they held the connecting plane so we could be on board, however, as I feared, bags didn't make it. Just lack of time.
They're at BCN (apparently) and were both "Delivered to Claim Area 13" however, I was apparently going ot receive a phone call as to whether I wanted to come and pick them up or have them delivered.
I contacted Delta Assist and apparently they're tagged for delivery.
The number I was given (by Flightcare) at baggage claim to call is 93-298-3330 but that number goes to some grumpy guy in maintenance.
So I'm trying to find out a number I can call to get some idea of when they'll arrive, OR, if I can go and get them.
Does anybody have any number I can call. I tried calling the Delta desk at BCN but it just hangs up. So I'd just like to be able to do something rather than sitting here waiting..

Okay...thank you. I'll give those numbers a try...
I even searched the web looking for the office of Flightcare, but the number for Flightcare at BCN just rings and rings and rings and rings...

No numbers for you, just a good luck wish. When we had bags delayed at BCN (they arrived from Atlanta in the morning-we had arrived through Paris the day before)) they were not delivered to us until approximately 2AM. As we were staying in an apartment, we received a phone call on the apartment line from someone who spoke no English. Luckily, I picked up the word "door" and figured out that maybe it was the baggage person saying they were at, or coming to the door and went downstairs in my newly purchased jammies and waited for them. Our bags were the last two bags in the van! We had tried in vain to get a number, or an approximate delivery time all day. We sat in the apartment the entire day waiting for our bags.

AF or DL lost both my bags when I went to BCN earlier this year. The BCN baggage office as well as AF's European baggage people are beyond worthless they all told me it was already there or in CDG. Ended up getting on Skype and calling back to DL medallion line and got a helpful agent (they do exist) who went to bat for me found my bags in Canada and after she used some encouraging words convinced AF to send me my bags. AF and BCN baggage office lied the entire time since until DL did something they were nowhere near Europe. My recommendation call DL 800 number so you get someone back in the states
