When we had bags delayed at BCN (they arrived from Atlanta in the morning-we had arrived through Paris the day before)) they were not delivered to us until approximately 2AM. As we were staying in an apartment, we received a phone call on the apartment line from someone who spoke no English. Luckily, I picked up the word "door" and figured out that maybe it was the baggage person saying they were at, or coming to the door and went downstairs in my newly purchased jammies and waited for them. Our bags were the last two bags in the van! We had tried in vain to get a number, or an approximate delivery time all day. We sat in the apartment the entire day waiting for our bags.
