Anyone else experiencing problems getting confirmation e-mail msgs?

Anyone else experiencing problems getting confirmation e-mail msgs?

Just a quick check to see if anyone else is not receiving ticket purchase confirmation e-mails.

I purchased two tickets on Friday AM within 10 minutes of each other. Got a confirmation on the first but not the second.

Purchased another ticket this evening and also didn't receive an confirmation message.

My email address is correct in my profile, and I certainly didn't update it between the first two purchases.

Anyone else or is this just me?

Are you trips listed in my trips?

I booked a ticket about 30 minutes ago and received the receipt in about 3 minutes.

Yes, the purchases did go through and are listed in My Trips.

Since you received your messages, I guess this is just somehow isolated to me.

Someone else probably got your confirmation email. I received someone else's confirmation recently. I was told by the agent when I called to inform them that their new system lets this happen if they are not careful about closing one client's account before taking another call. I can now, if I wish, alter that person's seating or even cancel their flight. I notified Delta but they have yet to respond to my email.

I booked a SkyMiles ticket via the FO line on Wednesday, and never got the confirmation email. However, I also booked a ticket with cash the same day, and had to finish the purchase by phone, and received the confirmation email.
