Well we just came back from a week-long trip for the holidays and the Sky Club membership has come, but I still don't have my DM credentials packet. Is this a normal progression? It's now been over a month since making DM.

Programs: No flights since April 2019 (Medical Issues). Lost all my status.

You can check to see if the DM packet was sent by trying to print a temporary DM card from DL.com. If you get a message that says a card can not be printed because a card request is already being processed, then you can assume DL has not yet sent your packet.

Good news -- packet came today! Just in time for my next trip out west with AS segments.
