My DM packet came 3.5 weeks after my 140th segment. My skyclub membership card came 2 weeks after that. I don't think there is a "normal progression".

You can check to see if the DM packet was sent by trying to print a temporary DM card from DL.com. If you get a message that says a card can not be printed because a card request is already being processed, then you can assume DL has not yet sent your packet.
