Technically that's not correct.
The only way to do this is enter your new password and hit enter. If you enter your old, existing, everyone-has-used-it-for-years PIN (aka password!) you get the extra pop-up asking for your last name.
I truly, truly do not get this thing. Why if I enter a brand new password I had to create do I get right in but if I enter the PIN I have been using for years I must enter my last name?
This "new" site is a complete fail and I hope DL loses a ton of revenue because of it.

BTW, UG lists still seem screwed up. App is showing 9 on list, online dl.bomb showing 10.

The pie chart showing miles since Feb 2012 is completely off, it shows over 160,000 miles flown or earned with a card, wish it were true. My Skymiles total is correct however, it is the pie chart which is off. I can't think what it represents or if it is just a bug.

Hidden Log off field
any one else have problems simply logging off from DL.com other than simply closing the browser window.
well if you click on the delta logo/name on the top lh corner of most web pages you can log off easily and still keep your brower window open to log back in

I can't stand it. I can't imagine how much they've spent on this.
The entry fields are very quirky on chrome on Ipad.
Chrome/Windows7 isn't much better. Signon is quirky.
All these bells and whistles and I can't even figure out how to book a da*& ticket.
Dropped my SkyBonus Info.
Also: my secure flight data keep changing again. VERY frustrating. Does anyone know where to correct this?
Why can't this company get its act together?

Right now there is no way to log in and it appears all the links are disabled. I've tried with IE and Firefox.
