you are a stud, i am a wimp in comparison to you and your ilk.

I'm not even close to your stamina.

119 MQS, 131k MQMs. Flew a ton of award travel, and more WN than normal this year.

How can you guys do over over 140 segments? That's just brutal. Full respect.

Delta - I am done for the year thank god.
MQS: 44
MQM: 132,577

A few paid business TATL/TPAC trips each year make it so much easier.

I imagine it's a small club of DMs who qualified on segments - anyone else out there?
+1 -- I am a 100% domestic flyer for business so I make my "elites" on segments every year. It is indeed a dubious distinction. I just finished the year today with 149 MQS & 107K MQMs plus enough to maintain Silver on US.

Nice

I have 100 segs and made DM on miles this week. Can't even imagine flying 150+ segs as the hotel/packing/unpacking alone world make me go mad. Kudos to the seg DMs!

169 MQS
109,375 MQM

My flights this year have been about 90 mins from take-off to touchdown, and I think that you could add almost an hour to that for boarding, waiting, deplaning. If I had to guess? Say 2+ hours per flight, so somewhere in the neighborhood of 350 hours on planes?

I'm feeling like a lightweight at just 120 MQS. (Still under 75k MQM) Even adding in awards tickets, I'm only at 130 segments.

A former boss of mine used to travel every week - out Sunday Afternoon GRR-DTW-MCI and then back Thursday and thus 4 MQS per week for 50 weeks per year for a Grand Total of 200 MQS per annum. Sounds brutal but very do-able.

+1. layover in ATL SC as I wait on my final flight to end the year at 156 MQS and ~ 100 MQM.

fwiw, I have at least 2 coworkers who earned their status the same way.

My high point was a few years ago with 112 MQS
Living in ATL, that was all without ever making a connection.
