1521 N394DL…reactivated Aug 3 2021. Not expected to receive ViaSat IFC. will retire by end of 2024 as a 76Zv2.
*Note: This version has doors near the engines (like the 764) and only has one over-wing exit. There are lavatories near the 2nd set of doors (13-14CDE do not exist). Unlike all other 767 versions Delta has, there isn't a lavatory set near the over-wing exits (because they are near the 2nd set of doors).
**All retired 9/30/2020 due to COVID-related fleet simplifications

N1611B
N1612T

*Note: This configuration is used inclusive on SEA-PVG, ATL-LOS. It also frequently works SEA-ATL to provide rotation. These aircraft do cover flights to Europe All 36J seats will be sold because it has a crew rest module installed. Also, the Y seats are the older ones like the 777 with the older IFE system (only 767-300ER type with that, all others are the newer seats/system).
**All retired 6/30/2020 due to COVID-related fleet simplifications

What DL is believed to do is put all flights with 26J as the 76Z Version 2 configuration and then change it to 76Z Version 1 closer to departure as needed. If you select 20-21CDE when it is 76Z Version 2 and it changes to 76Z Version 1, it should seat you in 13-14CDE considering that 20-21CDE doesn't exist on the configuration it changed to. All other seats are numbered the same regardless of Version 1 or 2, although there may be minor differences such as row 20 being an exit row on Version 1.

N184DN is on its way to CAN (via ATL, SEA, and ICN)....not sure if it's for the PS addition or maintenance. My guess is for maintenance. Kinda the wrong time of the year for being out of service for around 6+ weeks....but.......

So all of the GE birds are now 76Ks, except for 1521, which is still a bit of an oddball in the fleet given that it was not retired unlike 1501-1506, I guess because unlike the others, 1521 at least has a FADEC motor.

This "oddball" is known as Version Z2 of B767-300ER's of Deltas fleet, and is currently the only one still active. The Difference is that this version has exit doors set up like the Deltas' B767-400's. Delta did have a total of 7, the others have been sold to CAM, and have since been converted to freighters. These frames were Deltas oldest (build in 1990-91 time frame). N394DL was the newest of the Z2 versions built in 1995, which is probably why it is still active, but mostly used for last minute swap-ins. N394DL was originally delivered new to Asiana Airlines via GCAS leasing (1995), was leased in 1998, and then actually purchased in 2013. All of Deltas Z2 version 767-300ER's had GE engines. My "guess" is that the next frame up to head to the "retirement desert" will be this N394DL version Z2. Delta did (however) purchase one other Z2, but it never flew for DL - was picked up for its parts (N764RD), had PW4060 engines, and was delivered new to Aeromexico in 1992. It has since been broken up according to rzjets.net.

So my guess is that with no more going in for 76K mods they've likely now converted all of them that they're going to.

Who said so? The 76Ls will be gone by the end of 2024, but it’s certainly possible that some or all of the 76Zs will become 76Ks. Right now DL needs every single frame for their summer schedule.

........and I agree. Delta is using 100% of their B767's for its summer 2023 schedule and therefore no "spares" are available to exit the fleet to be converted into the "K" versions (the added PS seating)
during this period. Post October 2023, Delta will probably restart the 76E migrations to CAN for adding the PS updates to become "K"s. How many, that is a number that only Delta knows for sure.
A very good possibility that all 9 "L"s will be retired and the remaining 10 "Z"s (well 11 if you count N394DL which is the only "Z2") to be possible conversion aircraft. Currently, all non-converted 76E's
have PW engines with the exception of N394DL, which is equipped with the GE engines.

193 is heading to ICN and then presumably CAN on Sunday:

https://www.flightaware.com/live/flight/N193DN

This is probably going there to get PS mods, but I can't be sure.
